Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 5:26 p.m. The coroner’s office confirmed her identity, reporting the manner of death as suicide, with causes listed as anoxic encephalopathy and hanging.
Katherine’s passing is a heartbreaking loss to her family, friends, and community. At only 26 years old, she leaves behind memories of a vibrant young woman whose presence touched many lives.
