Eric was a proud graduate of San Marcos High School and went on to study at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, where he honed his culinary skills and passion for food. His journey led him to become Chef de Cuisine at Fat Cat Kitchens, where his creativity, dedication, and love for cooking inspired many. Known for his vibrant personality and unique flair, Eric brought joy not only through his dishes but also through the warmth and humor he shared with those around him. Beyond his professional achievements, Eric was a devoted husband and a loyal friend. He carried himself with kindness, resilience, and generosity, always ready to support others. His classmates remember him as a brother, someone whose presence was uplifting and whose spirit was unforgettable.
